Upper Colorado River - Pumphouse-Radium Float
2-man float with guide service out of Silverthorne CO. Many other guides will take you here. Note: also a popular family river float launch point due to mind Class II or III and below. Above this point -> Class IV in Gore Canyon - no guide will take you there! Trip is 4 miles from Pumphouse to Radium, but with stopping and fishing from shore too, this trip lasts most of the day. About an hour driving each way to boot. Meets around 7 am, back at 8pm. Well worth having a guide have the right gear and a spare rod ready when you get tangled or snagged.
